Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer affordable delivery charges on all orders across Pakistan. In fact, delivery is often free once your order crosses a minimum amount. The exact charge, if any, is shown clearly at checkout, so you'll know the cost before you confirm your order.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. However, this can vary depending on your city or region.
What exactly happens after ordering?

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
If you'd like a gift receipt without pricing details, just mention this in the order notes at checkout. Alternatively, contact us right after placing your order, and we'll include one with your package.
Payment Information
How is the recipient reimbursed?
Once your return is approved, we process the refund using the same payment method you used at checkout. For cash on delivery orders, though, refunds are transferred through your preferred method, such as bank transfer.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used during purchase. This way, we keep the process simple and secure.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Currently, we deliver within Pakistan only. So, if you need an order shipped elsewhere, please contact us first to check availability.
How can I return an item?

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. Every product image on our shop reflects the actual item you'll receive. In other words, we never use misleading photos, so what you see is exactly what arrives.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, most out-of-stock items are restocked regularly. So, check back on the product page. Or, contact us to ask about restock timing for a specific item.
